8 month agoAfter the pickup incident, some people put more fences, the charred dumpster, and vehicles in the street
No injuries. A motorcyclist blocked the truck with their bike and bought the crowd a few seconds to get clear. The vehicles have moved into better defensive positions. The LRAD has left, and no police have moved to assist. Folks are a bit nervous about loud mufflers just now

8 month ago3 security guards got pressed because we were taking dumpsters to block off the intersection at carl anderson, they came running with mace and tasers..things escalated and a couple folks got maced..then the policemen pulled up

8 month agoThe tables have moved down to 47th and E burnside. There was a report in the crowd of police gathering at 47th and SE stark, so that might be why. A banner has also been hung across from the precinct

This means the police maced and destroyed the property of multiple people without even the suggestion that there was a crime being committed. This included a targeted attack on a megaphone which was asking the crowd to "walk, don't run"

Portland Police are arresting a minor downtown. The policemen just brought in reinforcements in riot gear to disperse the crowd that had formed to support the Black youth in custody
