Portland, OR - At North Precinct with no declaration of riot or unlawful assembly the PPB makes mass arrest of a group of protestors. Justification for arrest remains unclear.
Police end the protest by arresting almost everyone

Scene investigation revealed that the male victim and the female suspect got into an argument and the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim. The suspect is believed to be a cousin of the victim

A lot of broken windows near North Ave & Swan Blvd in Wauwatosa. Large groups were out well past the 7pm curfew. Our cameras saw several stores looted and tear gas used several times. Curfew in effect until 6am
A protest is underway in support of a resident near N Mississippi & N Albina. The group is demonstrating against eviction. Signs say, "Evictions hurt Everyone" and "Stop the Foreclosure".

Massive police presence in Milwaukee tonight, and the caravan is making its way through the city without interference from the officers Milwaukee Wauwatosa

The orders were given from State Patrol officers on loudspeakers after the group moved barricades into the street northwest of the precinct
